VoxelVice offers a full 90-day money-back guarantee on all qualifying purchases. From the day you receive your order, you have 90 calendar days to request a return or refund for any reason — no questions asked, provided the conditions outlined in this policy are met.

Once the 90-day window has expired, VoxelVice reserves the right to decline any return or refund request. We strongly encourage you to inspect your order promptly upon receipt and reach out to our support team if you have any concerns.

2. Return Window & Eligibility Deadline

The return window is calculated as follows:

  • The 90-day period begins on the date of confirmed delivery as recorded by the shipping carrier.
  • Return requests must be submitted before 11:59 PM (CST) on the 90th day following delivery.
  • Requests submitted after the deadline will not be honored, regardless of circumstance.
  • VoxelVice is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by third-party shipping carriers; the delivery confirmation date will be used as the start of the return window.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return and/or refund, the following conditions must be met in full:

3.1 Condition of the Item

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.
  • The item must show no signs of wear, damage, alteration, or modification of any kind.
  • Items that have been assembled, installed, activated, or used — even partially — are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
  • Digital goods, downloadable products, and software licenses are non-refundable once accessed or activated.

3.2 Original Packaging

  • The item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • All original tags, labels, inserts, manuals, accessories, and components included with the product must be present and returned.
  • Packaging that has been torn, written on, or otherwise damaged may render the item ineligible for return.
  • Items returned without their original packaging will be subject to a restocking fee or may be denied entirely at VoxelVice's discretion.

3.3 Proof of Purchase

  • A valid original receipt or order confirmation must be provided at the time of the return request.
  • Returns without proof of purchase will not be accepted.
  • VoxelVice reserves the right to verify the authenticity of all receipts and order confirmations.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Digital downloads, software licenses, and activated product keys.
  • Gift cards and store credit.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
  • Items that have been damaged by misuse, negligence, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or exposure to extreme conditions.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Hazardous materials or items prohibited from return by applicable law.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at support@voxelvice.com within the 90-day return window.
  • Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
  • Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 3–5 business days.
  • Securely pack the item in its original packaging and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as VoxelVice is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • Returns sent without an approved RMA number will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their expense.

6. Refund Processing

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, VoxelVice will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original method of payment.
  • Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a VoxelVice error or a defective product.

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the standard return process and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to product availability. VoxelVice does not hold inventory for pending exchanges.

8. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@voxelvice.com with the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear description of the defect or issue.
  • Photographs clearly showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item.

VoxelVice will cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement at no charge for defective or incorrectly shipped items, provided the claim is made within the 90-day return window.

9. Return Shipping Costs

  • Unless your return is the result of a VoxelVice error or a confirmed defect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using an insured, trackable shipping service. VoxelVice cannot guarantee receipt of returned items and assumes no liability for packages lost in transit.
  • For approved defective or incorrect item returns, VoxelVice will provide a prepaid shipping label via email.
